Creating a New Listing on Machine Hub

Adding New Inventory:
Adding and managing inventory is a core part of Machine Hub, which is why we've made it easy to create a listing.

1. Start by clicking on Inventory and add a Machine. From there, you can add all of the most important details for your machine. Select machine type, brand, model, year, machine status, condition, ownership details...the list goes on!



2. Under the Specs tab, add machine specifications based on the machine type selected.



3. Add any media relevant to the listing. This can include photos, videos and documents related to the machine. You can also mark them public or private so they can only be viewed within your company.



4. Select where you want this machine listed. Machine Hub can automatically push new or edited inventory live to your website, our Marketplace, Locator Online, Surplus Record, Machine Sales and eBay depending on your account's integrations. This feature is only available for full IMS software users and not Listings Only or Leads Only users.
